  • How do I customize my Keychain Set?
    If you see the set that you like but don't want that color or style email us @ admin@safetyprincesssdsk.com or chat with us during business hours. We can answer any questions you may have or change up what you need changed. Also, you can book a free online consultation, and we can build your keychain the way you like it.
  • How do the Mystery Scoops works?
    You would purchase the number of pieces you would like, and I would send you an invite to meet with me through zoom or in person (if in the same city or surrounding areas), We would mix the balls and blindly pick the number you purchased and whatever is in those picked will be your keychain set and/or accessories. Everything on the website is individually put into the balls and picked randomly.
  • Can I return a product?
    All Sales Are Final!!! There are NO refunds, however, products can be replaced with appropriate information regarding how the product was damaged/lost or stolen. Please contact admin@safetyprincesssdsk.com if your product was damaged/lost or stolen. If damaged, please submit a picture of the damage. If lost or stolen, submit a report of lost or stolen. We would investigate with the shipping carrier to verify if they delivered to the wrong address, etc. Upon all information, we will ship out the replacement at no charge to you. Please allow time to replace as we are a small business and may not have item in stock at time of replacement. We will send out replacement as soon as possible. We value you as a customer and want to continue servicing you and making sure you're satisfied with our products as well as our service.
  • Do you ship outside of the USA?
    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not. We understand that this can be an inconvenience, but we are working to be able to accommodate and service those outside of the USA. Thank you for your support and as soon as we are able to service outside of the USA we can reach out. Please sign up for our email and you will get that information as soon as we are up and running outside the USA. Thank you again, you're much appreciated.
  • Where all do you ship?
    We can ship anywhere in the USA. As stated in the disclaimer, be aware of you state and local laws for some items may be prohibited or may need certification or license to carry. You are responsible for understanding how to use any of our products per your state and local laws. Some products are for 18 and over. Tasers are for 21 and up in most states. Please before ordering know what your states allow and prohibits as there are no refunds, just replacements for damaged, lost or stolen items. Thank you for your support. We value you as a customer.
